  • Review of Basic Kick Techniques

3. Form - Tae Geuk Pal Jang

  • Plus review three previous forms as designated by judges

4. One-Step Sparring

  • Review #1 - #20

5. Self-Defense

  • Review #1 - #20

6. Sparring

  • 1 on 1  &  1 on 2

7. Breaking Technique

  • Hammer fist; adult-concrete block, child-3 boards

8. Report

  • Leadership and Loyalty to school and instructors
